Watermark Place has won the LDSA Building Excellence Award 2010 for the Best Sustainability Project.
Awarded by the London District Surveyors Association the City considers this acknowledgement of a major project achieving a standard that raises expectations and aspirations for subsequent developments.
As a regional winner the project now enters the national awards.
