We are currently developing a masterplan for a 120 hectare site in Abu Dhabi, containing a wide range of land uses and public realm, designed to respond to climate and provide shade and shelter. While the wider masterplan is currently moving through the planning and design processes, the first stage is currently on site, due to complete in 2011.
