Bid Manager

Salary £35-45,000

An enthusiastic and proactive Bid manager is needed for an AJ 100, award-winning architecture studio based in London’s Fitzrovia. You will be working closely with the Partners and Associates as part of a communications team to lead the practice’s bids, pitches and competition entries. This position requires an individual with previous experience of a similar role and with extensive knowledge of the architecture and property market.

Objective

• OJEUs – register, download and circulate as requested
• Write, coordinate and submit prioritised PQQs, bids, competitions and tenders in collaboration with project teams
• Complete PQQ and ITT submissions
• Request and receive clarifications
• Work with and support bid teams in preparing answers, interview and presentations
• Evaluate the practice’s success in bids and competitions so that lessons can be learned and the approach improved

Maintain archive of resources and information to support bids
• Develop and maintain new business resources, including managing and updating CVs
• Archive and organise client references and feedback
• Manage archiving of bids and organising information about practice approach in order to avoid duplication of effort
• Manage client references and quotes, including archiving as a resource
• Assess bids and seek feedback

Communications

3D Artist

We are currently seeking a 3d artist to join our expanding in-house team. Our team has unique access to work on many large scale and high profile projects. We aim to deliver the best quality by keeping abreast of new and exciting technologies to keep our work fresh and engaging. We are seeking a multi-disciplined, highly creative and self-motivated individual with a keen-eye for detail willing to grow and expand with the team with the following experience:

  • Art and design related degree ideally in architecture, interior or 3D design.
  • Experience working in Architectural, Interior design or Visualisation Studio (2 years+)
  • Exceptional knowledge of 3dmax and associated plugins/renderers (Corona would be advantageous).
  • Knowledge of Autocad, Sketchup, Rhino and After Effects
  • Strong interest in architecture, interior design and photography and a keen eye for composition, lighting and texturing.
  • Illustrate a range of visual styles from sketchy compositional images to fully rendered visuals.
  • Interest in VR technologies with a willing to learn or expand our current skillsets.

  • Providing project based drawings, documentation and information packages
  • Liaising with the Project Leader and outside agencies in order to complete the above
  • Participating in design / technical reviews of project documentation

Bid Manager

Salary £35-45,000

An enthusiastic and proactive Bid manager is needed for an AJ 100, award-winning architecture studio based in London’s Fitzrovia. You will be working closely with the Partners and Associates as part of a communications team to lead the practice’s bids, pitches and competition entries. This position requires an individual with previous experience of a similar role and with extensive knowledge of the architecture and property market.

Objective

Using your industry experience and knowledge, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, working with Partners and Associates to lead the bid process, writing, researching and coordinating the production of UK and international bids and competition submissions.

This is a fast paced and varied role within a creative, busy environment. The Bid manager will work as part of the communications team and report to the Head of Communications. • Write, coordinate and submit prioritised PQQs, bids, competitions and tenders in collaboration with project teams
• Complete PQQ and ITT submissions
• Request and receive clarifications
• Work with and support bid teams in preparing answers, interview and presentations
• Evaluate the practice’s success in bids and competitions so that lessons can be learned and the approach improved

Maintain archive of resources and information to support bids
• Develop and maintain new business resources, including managing and updating CVs
• Archive and organise client references and feedback
• Manage archiving of bids and organising information about practice approach in order to avoid duplication of effort
• Manage client references and quotes, including archiving as a resource
• Assess bids and seek feedback

Communications
• Work as part of the communications team to agreed priorities
