Bid Manager (Salary-35K-45K)

Fletcher Priest Architects is an award-winning architecture practice located in London’s thriving Fitzrovia, and we are on the hunt for a new Bid Manager capable of turbo-charging our business.
You are a knowledgeable, enthusiastic and proactive Bid Manager with previous experience of a similar role and extensive knowledge of the architecture and property market.

Urban Designer

We are seeking talented Urban Designers with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience with a proven track record of managing team members and leading large scale projects from inception to planning submission, to join our dedicated urban design and masterplanning team within our lively studio. Requirements:

        • MA in urban design or equivalent subject – architectural background preferred
        • A minimum of three year’s UK based post qualification experience working on medium to large-scale masterplanning projects

        • Good knowledge of UK legislative and planning policy context
        • Experience of design coding and other formal documentation of design for planning

Architect

We are seeking top quality Architects with a proven track record of creating innovative design solutions and being responsible for projects from inception to completion, for our lively studio. We need an applicant with excellent design ability and technical knowledge.

        • Experience of working with teams on early stages / design proposals
        • Preparing and presenting design proposals to the client
        • Full design of every part and component of the building by collaboration of all concerned
        • Producing detailed drawings from which costings are made
        • Solving problems that might occur during building
        • Commercially aware, mature, responsible & reliable
        • Capable of liaising confidently with clients and consultants and developing those professional relationships
        • Keeping within financial budgets and time deadlines
        • Wants to take on and drive projects forward with little day to day ‘hands-on’ guidance
        • Experience in commercial projects including the preparation of package design
        • RIBA Part III, recently qualified ARB or equivalent
        • The ideal candidate will have a good free-hand drawing ability, an advanced knowledge of a variety of different software that includes AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch Up and Revit.
