66 York Way comprises 63,000 sq ft of modern office space, adjacent to one of Europe’s largest and most important regeneration projects – King’s Cross.
King’s Cross has been transformed into a true destination for business and pleasure and this scheme will be a significant exemplar of carbon efficiency and sustainability.
Floorplates range from 4,000-14,000 sq ft. A centralised core and full floor-to ceiling glazing ensures maximum daylight penetration.
The project will carry a BREEAM rating of ‘excellent’, EPC Rating B, with displacement ventilation and passive cooling systems.
