Two of our models will be exhibited at the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition this year, which runs from 12 June to 19 August.
A model of the Red Hall, the proposed centrepiece of the first phase in our masterplan for Oxford North, a new urban quarter for Oxford, will be on display. The building is conceived as an adaptable hub and incubator for start-ups, and a shared amenity for the new ultra-flexible workspaces for employment, research and academic use which will surround it.
A cast of the Gresham Street grasshopper, several of which adorn the façade of 55 Gresham Street, will also be on display. 55 Gresham Street, major new office refurbishment of an existing eight-storey office block in the heart of the City of London, is currently under offer to be let in its entirety to a potential tenant. The grasshopper celebrates the street’s namesake, Sir Thomas Gresham, on who’s family’s coat of arms it appears.
The Oxford North project has now been launched with public consultation underway for the proposed masterplan. Two public events will be held in July.
