Central Saint Giles wins the British Council of Offices best ‘Commercial Workplace’ award for London and South East Region

Neil Thompson, Portfolio Director at Great Portland Estates and BCO Judging Chair for London and the South East, said:

“The focus of the BCO awards is to judge buildings from a multi-disciplinary point of view, placing an emphasis on aspects such as architectural flair, sustainable and economic construction with fitness for purpose for users of the space. We had a very high standard of entries once again this year, with the winners across London and the South East delivering fantastic workspaces for the end user and I’d like to congratulate our winners.”

Richard Kauntze, Chief Executive of the BCO, commented:

“This is the third year for the BCO regional awards and we’re excited to see the bar raised by this year’s entrants. The competition was fierce, with London proving once again that they are at the forefront of top quality design and functionality. We’re thrilled that developers continue to produce first class workspaces and it’s clear to see that the future is bright for London offices.”
